The core business of the company is hotel timeshare: the sale of suites in hotel residences in Italy and abroad, for defined periods of the year.

Brand Manual & Guidelines

In order to meet the new strategic requirements and to better pursue the new commercial intentions, the new Brand Manual has been drawn up containing the various institutional fonts, pantone colors, CMYK and RGB with the respective uses, the different variants of the Logo / Brand allowed, as well as the guidelines to be followed for all corporate visual communication, the Web and Social Media in general.

Interactive Virtual Tour

We created several Interactive Virtual Tours to present as best as possible some “Top Locations“; they are characterized by:

Digital Marketing

We designed and conducted Google Ads campaigns both display and remarketing for lead generation together with sponsored campaigns on Social Media (Facebook / Instagram). All campaigns were followed by a constant and daily monitoring for the prospects in target generation.

Social Media Management

We designed and conducted the editorial plan on Facebook and Instagram with the creation of the necessary creativities.We created and conducted (in synergy with the editorial plan) targeted Facebook Ads campaigns for new fans acquisition and prospects in target generation.
